The direction determined by the design of this feeding equipment is to convey to the users as a whole: professional, reliable, tough and vigorous visual perception. Large mechanical equipment comes with a large sense of volume and complex functional components, so the first task is to properly balance the sense of volume, reduce visual oppression, overall harmony and unity, no sense of fragmentation, not trivial.
The overall use of the design approach only uses a simple edge bevel and line segmentation. Because large-scale equipment does not lack visual richness, what I have to do is to link and integrate the equipment as a whole through a unified modeling form to prevent the complexity of visual information and the burden of visual cognition.
Cardboard transportation through the area, add gray transparent acrylic window, on the one hand, can let the staff observe the operation of the equipment at any time, improve the fault tolerance rate, on the other hand, improve the overall permeability and depth of the equipment, reduce the large equipment is easy to bring oppression and dull.
In order to protect the safety of the staff, in the design, as far as possible, the front and side areas that people can enter are shielded and protected to avoid safety accidents to a great extent.
The bottom waste import and export adopts the upper rail sliding door, which is flexible and convenient to open and close. A transparent window is also opened on the sliding door to observe the storage of waste cardboard at any time for timely cleaning.
