Dezhou, where the project is located, is the northwest gate of Shandong Province. It has been known as "Jiuda Tianqu and Shenjing Gateway" since ancient times. It is an important transportation hub in East and North China. The 1500-kilometer Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal occupies 141 kilometers. In view of the historical and cultural context and unique geographical advantages of the city of Texas, as well as the criss-crossing landforms of rivers and alleys. The design concept of this case comes from the prosperity of the ancient river lane market through thousands of years. River lanes, bazaars, ships and other elements run through the entire space design, step by step, like swimming at the bottom of the river, from another perspective to see this prosperous illusion. The project implants the historical genes of the location of this case, excavates the unique humanistic advantages of this case, and makes the whole space design fresh and unique. The extraction and application of river lanes, bazaars and ship elements continuously run through the whole space layout, forming a distinct visual memory and impact force. Shuttling through it is like swimming at the bottom of the water, looking up, the "bottom of the ship" sparkling, flashing and dreamy. The lighting of the huge atrium uses natural light sources. The sky light shines from both sides of the atrium into the room. The lines in the form of grille make the light rich and delicate changes, adding the vivid beauty of the space like waves and shadows. The concept of the Phantom Realm is to apply a multi-space system to the entire design. The space facilities are set up according to the flow rhythm of the ship in the river and the needs of functions. Under the premise of ensuring the commercial flow line, the overall building and scene design are organically unified, forming a series of continuous space systems such as roofs, platforms, and atriums at different spatial latitudes, and at the same time becoming a series of conversion elements, finally, the natural integration of architecture and scene is formed.
