The hair dryer is mainly composed of a shell, a handle, a motor, a fan blade, an electric heating element, a wind deflector, a switch, and a power cord. Its working principle is: after energization, the motor drives the rotor to rotate the fan blades, air is sucked in from the air inlet, and the formed centrifugal airflow is blown out by the front nozzle of the air duct. When the fan blade rotates, the air passes through the heating bracket in the air nozzle. If the heating wire is energized and heated, hot air is blown out. If the selection switch does not make the heating wire energized and heated, cold air is blown out.

There are many types of hair dryers, the common ones are series, AC shaded pole and DC permanent magnet. Among them, the series-excited hair dryer has large starting torque and high speed, which is suitable for manufacturing high-power hair dryers, but the noise is large; the AC covered pole hair dryer has low noise, long life, and will not cause interference to telecommunications equipment, but low speed and starting performance Poor, heavy weight; DC permanent magnet hair dryer has light weight, high speed, simple manufacturing process, and low cost, but the magnetic field generated by it may cause interference to some electronic equipment.
