Yellow wine originated in China, and only China has it. It is called the world's three ancient wines with beer and wine. In 2006, the brewing technology of Shaoxing rice wine was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists. The development trajectory of Shaoxing rice wine not only reflects the precipitation of culture and the changes of the times, but also retains the emotions of several generations. And memory has become a national belonging and spiritual sustenance that links tradition and future.
