I think smart phone users are slowly getting younger, and the disadvantages of using smart phones are slowly affecting children, now the design of smart phones is getting better and better, but it just fails to solve the big problem of myopia caused by long-term use. Perhaps the reading time can be reminded so that users can control the reading time in a scientific way, and the effect should be better. The human eye's gaze at the same distance for a long time under the low-light effect is more likely to cause visual fatigue, and the vision will decrease over time
