1. Main working principle:

So in order to ensure that water of different properties can achieve the same good solubility-water must be heated or pressurized to achieve good solubility. 2. Structural part:
Our kettle has many structural requirements, including the structure of the kettle lid, the material and shape of the kettle lid, etc. The lid of the kettle is the main body of the whole kettle. It is a container for ice cubes. Generally, there are two types of containers used to hold ice cubes: one is open and the other is semi-open. The biggest advantage of the open kettle is that it is easy to carry. The open kettle has a small lid and a large lid for ice cubes. The advantage of the large cover is that it has a large capacity, but the volume will be relatively large. In the design, one of the two devices, the lid and the small glass can be used to increase the capacity; at the same time, we can decide whether there are more models for us to choose according to actual needs and market sales.
3. Production process
Making method: We made a round bottle. We divided the round bottle into four parts: cup, lid, ring and lid. First, cut a gap on the top of the glass with a small sharp corner on the bottom of the kettle, and then make a triangular round corner on both sides of the gap between the bottom of the kettle and the bottom of the cup with a small sharp corner. In order to make the lid of the kettle more beautiful and elegant, we designed its lid to be sharp and very thick. Next, we made the following modifications to the round lid: remove part of the top of the glass and the lid, and cut a slope at the bottom of the glass to make the kettle relatively flat. Then install it into the circle we made to complete a design graphic. After making this figure into a circle and putting it on the lid of the kettle we have made, we can start to make the finished product of the design. After the production is completed, we need to number and install it before it can be put into use. Finally, put this picture in the living room of our house and add a picture to let us go home to make the model and collect it for a long time without breaking down. After the design is completed, we will polish and decorate the whole kettle according to the model to make it more beautiful and generous.
4. Features and Uses:
Water is insoluble in water, and there are thicker substances on the inner wall of the glass, so the solubility and absorption rate of water are lower than other containers, but the substances inside will not melt. This can prevent water from being heated to form scale or gas and affect the tightness of the container. When the container needs to be heated, the heating time will also be shortened. Melting does not occur without heating. If the water on the inner wall of the heater is difficult to be heated below the boiling point or no water can be directly injected into the container from the pot body, ice can be added to the container so that the container has an ice layer and the temperature outside the container is lowered. When using, just put ice into higher temperature water. For food, ice can quickly melt into a liquid and can be absorbed and utilized by the human body in a short period of time, so it can be quickly absorbed and utilized by the human body and become a necessary part of the normal metabolic organs of the human body. But the ice is thicker, volatile and has peculiar smell, so it cannot be used for food.
5, shape and structure design:
Before designing the shape, we must first determine the size of the bottle cap. We can determine the diameter and height of the bottle cap by measuring, and then determine the center line length of the bottle cap according to the data. For a large kettle, its centerline length should be the largest. According to the actual situation needs to adopt a variety of design methods. We need to choose different centerline lengths according to the size of the kettle. The length of the center line is generally selected as required. In terms of appearance, it should be oval. At the same time, we need to analyze and explain the design structure of the kettle. When the design structure is simple and practical, the corresponding components need to be set up for each component. However, when making complex, it is necessary to make a reasonable layout of the components.
6. Application instructions in manufacturing and sales:
Advantages of the design scheme:(1) Ice cubes or other foods can be used, and hot water can also be used for drinking, which is convenient. Therefore, when we use it, we only need to pour the beverage into the kettle and place it for a while. (2) The glass cup cover is not easy to be corroded and damaged by water; it can prevent harmful substances in the water from entering the cup (such as lead, mercury, etc.); it can also play a non-slip effect; at the same time, it is not easy to be corroded by water, and it can also extend the kettle The service life.
