Although after the expulsion of capital, the current charging pile industry has entered a relatively benign demand-driven stage, but according to the country's long-term development route for the new energy vehicle market, the current market "car to pile" ratio is still out of balance Under the circumstances, the charging pile industry still has optimistic development space in the future. At the level of landing of charging piles, the delivery standards vary from place to place, mainly including "partial proportional installation in place", "partial proportional installation in distribution box or meter box", "reserved later installation conditions" and "design has not been considered yet". Therefore, the customer found that we want to break the rigid image of the existing public communication charging pile from the appearance, and achieve rapid maintenance and reduce the maintenance cost of the public charging station through scientific design.
This project focuses on in-depth thinking on user experience, functional innovation, product brand image, etc. The product design conforms to the friendly man-machine operation experience and breaks the rigid image of the existing public communication charging pile in appearance. Customizing the rotating shaft through the front shell can be quickly maintained without removing the whole machine, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the public charging station.
The minimalist organic curved surface design is adopted. This arc design cancels the previous frame structure and breaks the rigid image of traditional public charging piles. The curved surface naturally forms a sunshade, and the display interface is presented at a man-machine angle. The form and function are skillfully combined, which is not only convenient to use but also very personalized.
Its round gun base is integrated into the main machine shape, and the charging cable can be surrounded on the fuselage. The area is different from the traditional customized independent gun base and cable storage device, which helps customers greatly reduce production and manufacturing costs. At the same time, the circular aperture indicator light of the charging gun storage seat is integrated to visually display the running state of the machine, bringing the dual feeling of vision and experience.
The customized rotating shaft structure enables it to be quickly disassembled and maintained, thus reducing the labor cost of product maintenance by 50%. According to the functional requirements of the product, the card reader, touch screen, communication module, metering module, etc. are all designed in a modular manner, which is convenient for users to flexibly select and match. Built-in PE grounding detection function and temperature detection sensor protect the safety of electricity consumption of equipment and avoid accidents such as spontaneous combustion.
