In January 2022, the Pingji design team took over a project of great social significance. The goal is to design and develop driverless sweepers for closed and semi-closed parks, so that they can replace sanitation workers in dangerous and repetitive road cleaning.
With the continuous development and improvement of unmanned driving technology, it has become a general trend to use this cutting-edge technology to solve the problem of sanitation cleaning. Through the introduction of novel technology, it can be completely separated from manual operation, and a safe, efficient, economical and intelligent cleaning method can be realized. This approach can not only promote the unmanned sanitation work, reduce labor operating costs, but also solve the problem of manual cleaning efficiency.
In order to achieve this goal, a large-scale training platform developed independently is used to conduct special training for long tail problems and difficult cases of perception. This enables them to realize the automatic annotation and rapid update of perceptual model data, so as to realize the generalization of the scene and better meet the complex needs of the market.
In addition, this sweeper also supports remote control, allowing users to manage cleaning tasks in real time. Its operation interface design is simple and intuitive, convenient for users to operate.
What is more worth mentioning is that this driverless sweeper has the functions of garbage cleaning and transportation, garbage dumping, charging and energy supply automation. In the whole process, there is no need for any manual intervention, which provides great convenience for users.
The Pingji design team equipped this sweeper with a professional sweeping chassis, and equipped with 360 ° multi-sensors and dual controllers. This enables the vehicle to achieve data security backup, and has the ability to intelligently identify the road edge, so as to be able to carry out extreme welt cleaning. At the same time, the vehicle can also automatically add water, charge and dump garbage without manual intervention, which greatly reduces labor costs.
