This project began in early 2019. The project was launched to design an ultra-thin, light and compact model. Considering the thickness of the earphone cavity, many cavities are also half-in-ear thickness, so on the cavity, I chose half-in-ear. However, since the thickness of the semi-ear sound cavity has reached 18MM, if it is designed in a common way, the increased wall thickness of the charging box needs about 2MM each, and the thickness of the earphone must be about 23-24MM, so there is no concept of ultra-thin.
My solution: 1. Try to expose part of the earphone, which can reduce the thickness of the box by about 3mm; 2. The overall surface of the charging box adopts egg surface similar to MacBook Pro to reduce the thickness in the viewing angle; 3. The material is made of deep-space gray aluminum alloy. The dark color makes the product smaller visually. The internal wall thickness of aluminum alloy can be as thin as possible to increase the utilization rate of internal space (it can reach, of course, the texture of aluminum alloy itself will be more elegant than that of plastic.
After more than a year, the baby was finally able to go public and accept the test of the market. The feeling of getting started is as expected-small, light and thin; In addition, I also got another interesting experience, which increased the feeling of playing. I want to play with it unconsciously, just like what is in my hand ~ ~ ~ (you should understand), this is an unexpected harvest.
The landing of this project is still very complete, with a few MM buckles, a few silk buckles, all buckles, tangles and tearing in order to present a perfect product.
