The background and purpose of designing this product is to solve the bottleneck problem of modern urban community service, especially for some elderly and vulnerable groups. With the acceleration of urbanization, the needs of community residents are becoming more and more diversified and personalized, and the traditional community service methods are often unable to meet these needs. Therefore, we hope to solve the problems of community residents in goods handling and express transportation by designing a smart community delivery assistant. At the same time, we also hope to provide more help and support for the elderly and vulnerable groups, so that they can enjoy community services more conveniently. At the same time, through the design of the base station, we also hope to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the equipment, and make the whole system more intelligent and efficient.
