This product is an integrated fiber intelligent processing line, for carbon fiber, high-performance composite materials continuous processing production, set feeding, pretreatment, molding, finishing multi-process in one, to achieve the whole process of closed continuous production.

The whole machine adopts modular segmented splicing cabinet shape, and is divided into multiple groups of independent unit modules according to the process. It can increase or decrease work stations, split transportation and on-site assembly according to needs, and adapt to the layout of different workshop sites in the factory. The appearance is mainly silvery white and carbon black, with bright green lines as functional zoning embellishments, clear color levels, and green color matching echoes the environmental protection industry attributes of new materials. The fuselage is equipped with a large area of black tempered observation window, which realizes visual inspection of production conditions on the basis of a fully enclosed dust-proof structure, taking into account dust protection and equipment operation and maintenance convenience.
