By wearing Polycon smart sensors, personalized diabetes management solutions can be developed for diabetic patients. The sensor is applied to the back of the upper arm through a disposable applicator. When the sensor is applied, a small flexible probe will be implanted under the skin. It can monitor patient blood glucose data at any time and perceive movement to calculate activity and steps. All these data are synchronized with Polycon smartphone applications so that patients can view them from time to time. Patients can also record their dietary intake through the food recognition function in the Polycon application. Powerful image recognition technology can identify the name grams of the food and related nutrients. Using all these functions, the Polycon AI system will create an exclusive body model for the patient and provide the best diet and exercise regimen for the patient to help the patient maintain a healthy blood sugar level. The Polycon will provide customized reports according to the patient's blood sugar level changes, diet, exercise, medication and other indicators, combined with the patient's living habits. These reports can provide some suggestions for patients to improve their lifestyle. Over time, the more data Polycon collect for patients, the more accurate and detailed the recommendations. If the patient's glucose level reaches below a certain critical level, the sensor can also inject a small dose of insulin into the patient from the sensor's capsule.
