Design difficulties:
The design of cardiac coronary handles faces multiple challenges. First of all, its streamlined appearance needs to take into account the accuracy of ergonomics and surgical operations. How to achieve the integration of holding comfort and functional components in a limited space is the core contradiction. Secondly, medical-grade materials need to meet the requirements of lightweight, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility at the same time, while precision machining technology needs to ensure the smoothness and dimensional accuracy of streamlined surfaces.
Difficulties to overcome:
To break through the design bottleneck, the team adopts a multidisciplinary collaborative strategy. The doctor's hand data is collected by 3D scanning technology, and the handle contour is optimized by finite element analysis, so that the streamlined curve naturally fits the palm radian, and the holding stability of long-term surgery is improved. In terms of material, medical titanium alloy and polymer composite materials are selected to achieve a balance between lightweight and strength through laser cladding process.
The functional components adopt modular design, use micron-level processing accuracy to ensure the coaxiality of the blade and the propulsion device, and verify its passability in complex paths by simulating the coronary vascular environment test. Finally, the product passed the ISO 13485 medical certification, realizing the double guarantee of function and safety.
Design strategy:
Design to "accurate touch, humanistic care" as the core concept. The appearance adopts the minimalist style, the white main body symbolizes the medical cleanness, and the blue functional area echoes the blood vessel color, which not only reduces the visual fatigue, but also strengthens the professional attribute. Structurally, the operating room space utilization is optimized through the design of hidden cable channels and removable batteries.
The innovation point is to integrate the force feedback system into the handle, and to remind the doctor of the release state of the bracket through tactile vibration, so as to realize the three-dimensional interaction of "human-machine-disease. This design not only improves the efficiency of surgery, but also reflects the humanized temperature of medical equipment through detail care, and interprets the deep integration of technology and life.
