The task is to study people's living habits and lifestyle characteristics under the current social background, and to design a set of targeted services for mass consumers Provide customized nutritional supplements service system. The population of this project is located in the post -95 office workers group, especially the high-pressure office workers of Internet companies. This group has long working hours and high pressure, which leads to various health problems. Moreover, the consumption of supplements is increasing day by day. It has the characteristics of precise supplement, multi-type supplement and efficient supplement in supplement, which is very in line with the characteristics of personalized nutrition and health.
After questionnaires and interviews, and at the same time after participatory experience, it is found that the current domestic users, including our target users, have no lifestyle habits and ideology of supplements so far. Therefore, if you want to develop this service, the most important thing is to form related Ideology, so it is decided to cooperate with the company and set up related services in the company. In considering the company's motivation, I set up two types of services. The basic services can be paid by the company. On the basis of improving the physical fitness and work efficiency of employees, I provide free services to employees, and at the same time develop corresponding habits. On the basis of interest, employees can choose to strengthen services and obtain more functional supplements through accurate health questionnaires.
Employees can directly obtain supplementary packages on products provided within the company and broadcast promotional videos on products for a long time. The benefits of strengthening the package will give the partner a certain share, and the model can maintain long-term mutual benefit. In the form of supplements, the service provides a seven-day nutrition package, which is shorter and more timely than the existing competitive service. Employees can directly clock in and receive the basic package by scanning the two-dimensional code on the product, and fill in the personal health questionnaire when they are interested to obtain the recommendation of the strengthening package and directly place the order in the small program.
