On a whim, I made several pictures this week to commemorate the first TWS project of my career.

In this project, I really became mature, and I dared and knew how to make judgments and decisions about the things in my project.

If you participate in a TWS project deeply, you can learn a lot. In the current consumer goods, TWS can be regarded as a category with a relatively complex structure and high requirements for craftsmanship. The complex structure and sensitivity to costs will lead to the need to communicate with more fields, and there will be many judgments to insist or compromise. Based on the fact that you want to have more knowledge and understanding of this category, have your own judgment principles, and be able to make your own judgments in time instead of seeking leadership decisions, the efficiency of project promotion will be greatly improved. If you have your own value proposition for design, you will know when to be strong for the product line and when you can cooperate with adjustment and optimization.

4i's biggest demand is to use the lowest cost to make the value beyond this gear. Of course, this is very difficult, because you have no money to use all kinds of good processes and devices. On the whole, it is a relatively flat and moderate design, but some small details still satisfy me. First, I have made a relatively correct judgment from the beginning and can't make high-end configuration, so I have to take advantage of the small number of low-end devices to make the earphone head small and do a good job of man-machine. At that time, one of my design propositions was comfortable vision and comfortable wearing experience. The second better point is that the design of charging PAD requires stainless steel MIM parts to be profiling, and the cost will be out of control. Finally, I designed such a circular arc PAD to fit the curved surface of the ear rod as much as possible. At first glance, I thought it was a profiling dug out on the curved surface of the ear rod. The cost of this change, from MIM to car parts, has also been reduced from nearly ten yuan to a few cents. The circular charging PAD itself has become a more recognizable and decorative detail.
