The automatic paging module is a unit module in the whole water quality automatic laboratory analysis system. Mainly responsible for the automatic extraction of the analyzed liquid.
The size of the equipment is about 2m * 1.8m * 1.2m. The size is a relatively large and medium-sized analytical instrument.
Design difficulties:
The size of the product is huge, and the flatness and fixing method of the highlight panel need to be fully considered;
Product fillet mold selection, docking with the factory manufacturability;
installation method. Because the product is huge, it is often assembled on site, which puts forward new requirements for our design (modularization and assembly optimization are required);
Lighting design, equipment internal lighting problems, light source distribution problems.
