In recent years, the phenomenon of short-term education in rural areas has prevailed. The whole design focuses on the negative impact on the rural education system that is neglected in the short-term teaching support. From the perspective of social emotional learning (SEL), rural teacher workshops are carried out to promote effective communication and in-depth collaboration between local teachers and supporting teachers, and help amateur supporting teachers Quickly feel the local culture, integrate into the teaching system, and learn ways to solve potential teaching difficulties.
As an offline module, the workshop carries out immersive situation creation, which provides assistance for teachers to guide the plot and dig deep into the character's heart in the process of performing.
The supporting toolkit, as a substantive and situational script guide, provides a way to show the plot changes, teachers' cognition and changes in the perspective of the problem during the progress of the workshop.
The whole system also cooperates with the APP online information co-ordination module. While the workshop solves the hidden education dilemma, the online information base provides the new supporting teachers with rich information about previous schools and solves the explicit and concrete teaching problems of supporting teachers.
The whole system cooperates online and offline to build a bridge between supporting teachers and local teachers between experience, knowledge and written information.
