Traditional gyms achieve fitness effects through equipment assistance. In recent years, there have also been many kinds of scientific and technological sports equipment, such as courses such as spinning bicycles-combined with lighting and music to achieve a cooler sports experience.
Taking the sports floor as the breakthrough point, the ordinary sports floor is added with intelligent hardware and software support, and a fitness system is built with intelligent floor. There are signs, numbers and LED lights on the wall and on the ground. People change the posture and foothold of opening and closing jump, squat jump, iron lifting according to the lit lights, and all kinds of push-ups such as single-arm rowing, side boards, mountaineering, or throwing the ball quickly into the lit lamp ring ...... In short, all the common movements in the gym are gamified, and you are guided by light and sound to "pass the customs". Integrate lights and music into the fitness process to create a more attractive sports environment and atmosphere for fitness athletes.

Without introducing the research part and the industry data part in detail, 0 to 1, product development is the result of a series of practices and demonstrations, and it is also the result of the team's unremitting efforts. I led the preliminary research, product definition, product appearance, product structure, production line and brand definition of the project, cooperated with electronic engineers to complete the electronic and software parts, and planned and promoted the landing of the whole product.

The sports floor mats on the market can be roughly divided into several types,
1.PVC floor glue (e. g. badminton courts, private education areas in gyms, floors laid in some places such as hospitals, etc.);
2.EVA foam floor mats (e. g. children's spliced anti-fall mats, a type of cushion in sports venues, etc.);
3.EPDM floor mats (e. g., gym gravity areas, EPDM particles for school runways, etc.);
4.PP suspended floor (such as some basketball courts, swimming pools, outdoor venues in kindergartens, etc.).

Each floor mat has its own characteristics (cushioning, anti-slip, waterproof, etc.) suitable for different scenes, and the production process and installation method of each floor mat are also very different.

Through the combination of product research big data and ergonomics, we finally determined our product pursuit: a single circuit integrated floor with a size of 600mmX600mm, which is convenient for construction, mass production, transportation and change and suitable for iterative update.

Products that use touch feedback photoelectric information can't help but think of dancing machines. However, the metal frame used by the dancing machine is provided with pressure-sensitive sensing and lighting components. Tempered glass or light-transmitting materials with high strength are commonly used on the surface layer. The luminous floor tiles derived from it (such as restaurants and discos using the ground) also have similar functions. However, this kind of products are heavy and expensive, which do not conform to the sports scenes we require, what we need is a safe, non-slip, cushioning, built-in photoelectric sports floor mat.
Therefore, referring to the electronic principle inside the dance machine, it is particularly important to find suitable sensing elements. Finally, a thin-sheet pressure-sensitive sensor is selected as the sensing source.

Next, it is necessary to make product models and cooperate with electronic engineers according to design requirements to produce required chips, sensing components, LED and other circuit boards. Because EVA foam material is easy to process and can be carved at will, the hand-board model is made by hand with this material.

The touch pressure sensing reaction of the hand plate model conforms to the photoelectric effect. However, the sports floor made of EVA foam and PVC is not conducive to the production batch, cannot be better installed, the use experience is insufficient, and the product integrity is insufficient. Continue to find the direction to solve the problem and optimize the scheme.

PP suspended floor has stronger plasticity, easy splicing, convenient and light installation, and skeleton structure can protect the circuit more when applied in the circuit structure.

The reasonable design of the middle layer structure is in line with the product pursuit: thin, multi-variable, convenient disassembly and assembly, convenient connection and other advantages.

Photoelectric floor was successfully born. In addition to hardware support, the intelligent floor fitness system needs the cooperation of software to complete. It has been carried out synchronously since the beginning of the project ID. The modular infinite combination method also brings unlimited "playing methods" to the system, thus the software part is gradually optimized with iterative upgrade.

The modular floor is connected to the master controller in series, and the master controller is wirelessly connected to the mobile tablet end, and the entire system is operated through the tablet.
