"Kaiwen View Design Series" Roman Holiday · Classic Reappearance
Product Name: Vespamp
Brand: Vespa
Designer: Giulio Iacchetti
Again !! On January 11, 2020, "Kaiwen Watching Design Series" introduced you to the classic movie "Roman Holiday" by Carlo Dino. The VESPA 125 motorcycle designed by Dascanio is still in front of us. With the development needs of the times, now once again, another designer, Giulio, Iacchetti himself, has upgraded its design again, so that the classic design will continue to accompany us and the romance will be fixed again!
Vespa is a sub-brand of Italian motorcycle manufacturer Piaggio. Its products are two-wheeled moped motorcycles. Since its birth in 1946, it has continued the appearance of the original model and maintained its small and compact characteristics.
Italian designer Giulio Iacchetti updated and designed the Vespamp motorcycle based on its classic outline, trying to exert its greater flexibility in the urban transportation system.
He hopes to make this model light, deleting all superfluous things, all controllers, timers, electricity meters and indicator lights can be accessed through the app using a wireless connection, and only created one on the dashboard Special compartment for storing smartphones. From the side, Vespamp still retains its typical appearance, but it is simpler and lighter.
When a thing becomes a classic, it is actually a very difficult thing to redesign, and there are too many things to consider. However, Iacchetti Giulio, the design master, dares to face such problems, so there is a second chance to make the classic shine again.

I can see that hand painting is not that important.
