I have a relatively complete project experience from the initial product definition to the product proofing landing, and I am also the first project to try to use my own design methodology to define the product. Looking back, it's a bit fierce, and there are still many shortcomings. I hope I can learn from you.
Unfortunately, the final product form cannot be designed by itself.

Individuals feel that the project's differentiated competition points are insufficient. There was too much foreshadowing in the early stage and too much talk about the wheels. Perhaps I prefer to go straight to the topic. one-page can finish a story and expand it into about 3-5 pages of planning instructions, and then follow up the process of product design conception and verification on 4-5 pages.
Personally, I think the biggest problem is that your design output, after you said so many foreshadowing and slogans, did not see the new selling point of your product in the final output result. The way you want to solve the problem is only along the old way of previous people, and the optimization points you mentioned do not see the embodiment of verification (an actual demo, the use of some new materials, such as skin-friendly silicone or ppsu material made of chewable, hand-eye-mouth interaction)
The starry sky lamp also appeared on the page of opportunity screening, which is actually not a very good product advantage. Children's eyeballs are sensitive to special light or have poor tolerance to strong light.
The existing plush toys are prone to persistent germs. You can also solve these problems.. That is, I think there can be many solutions, or even if there are not many, then we can see if there can be more interactive optimization on mature solutions.
