As the only commercial complex project in the provincial government plate with double subway entrances, China Merchants Yunfeng Center will open a new era of business office and become a new benchmark for urban office, with its own strong and diversified internal space showing vigorous vitality and development power. 31 The design explores the relationship between future office and urban development from the five dimensions of fashion, sharing, science and technology, ecology and interest, and sets up a "scene, interactive and open" business office space for China Merchants Shekou by benchmarking the future corporate headquarters of the city. At the same time, it also aims to reach a new generation of business gathering place for headquarters office, joint office and creative office. Flexible office environment, set up leisure area, multi-functional area, shared space, etc., mainly for leisure negotiation and intelligent office, so that customers can experience the whole office system when visiting, and at the same time can easily conduct business negotiations. It is both an office space and a sales service space. Use the innovative working environment to provide customers and employees with two-way environmental services, deliver value in business negotiations, generate inspiration in leisure interaction, focus on work in the open office, and become a diversified social place.
