At the end of 2015, customers took several LG products and prepared to develop one. The guiding ideology is also to hold thighs and fine-tune LG's appearance. After more than half a year of intense development, headphones began to take shape. However, various problems are coming in one after another. The most important thing is that the waterproof problem has not been solved. The delivery in August arrived as scheduled, and then we all know what will happen. We will cancel the order and talk about compensation. Customers are also very helpless. Zhongshan, where digital resources are extremely scarce, basically has no resources to make headphones. Many things in development have to be sent to Shenzhen. In addition, there is no experience in transforming from making speakers to making headphones. The four words "true TM pain".
What else can we do? Continue to solve many problems in the product. It took one and a half years to finally develop the product. It took a full year more than the expected development time. The effort paid off, and good results have been achieved in just over a year after 17 years of listing. The export sales volume has exceeded 200000 units, and the profits are considerable (unique appearance, stable product quality, bargaining power in their own hands).
