The Mini Badger is a rental kart optimally designed for female riders. It is small in size, flexible in steering, and has no exposed moving parts. It is designed and positioned on a small indoor track.

Usually, karting is a sport that is universally applicable to all genders. However, there are differences in height, weight and body proportions between women and men, so some female drivers will feel uncomfortable with the general go-kart model. This product starts from the ergonomics of women, provides a safe and comfortable driving experience for female drivers, and creates equal opportunities for competition and entertainment.

Mini Badger is not designed for professional drivers. By observing the departure operation of the track operators, we chose to place the control system of the vehicle at the rear of the vehicle to facilitate the staff to control the vehicle on the busy track. Only one button is reserved inside the cockpit for shifting and reversing.

The battery and the electronic control system are adjacent to each other, which reduces the length of the line and makes assembly and maintenance more convenient. The battery and electronic control system are concentrated at the rear of the vehicle, and this arrangement makes the center of gravity of the vehicle back. When braking in a corner, the center of gravity of the vehicle moves forward. In indoor tracks with more corners, the center of gravity of the vehicle is more advantageous.

Although electric karts have the advantages of environmental protection, quietness and suitability for indoor racetracks, like people's anxiety about the endurance of electric vehicles, continuous running time and charging speed are also pain points for rental karts operators. The rear of the Mini Badger adopts a quick-release battery design. It relies on the weight of the battery itself and a simple latch structure to fix the battery unit. It usually only takes 2 minutes to complete a power change operation.
