Tanigawa Lianfeng is a 1977-meter-high mountain range located in Regent Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, near Jr Shangmao Plateau Station. It stands on the border between Gunma Prefecture and Niigata Prefecture and is one of the 100 mountains in Japan. As part of the promotion of the natural water "From AQUA" gushing from Tanigawa Lianfeng, we have opened a space in the Shangmao Plateau Station for passengers and residents along the Shinkansen to rest during the short waiting time. Based on an actual field survey conducted at Itanisawa in Tanigawa, we recreated the rocks and flora of Tanigawa in the space inside the station. Despite the interior design, our goal is to create a natural space, as if part of Tanigawa Yue has been brought here, so that people can not help but feel a sense of coolness.
