This group of pictures is the design iteration scheme of HUMAI brand ECG monitoring equipment (ECG clothing), including the core hardware, wearing form, clothing appearance three modules, from the design language, details, ergonomics and other dimensions of the complete presentation of the product landing ideas and multi-program comparison.
1. core hardware design (ECG acquisition terminal)
1. Design Language
Minimalist technology style: the overall use of rounded rectangular/heart-like symmetrical shape, no redundant edges and corners, to convey the "medical-grade rigorous consumer affinity" sense of balance. The black matte body is matched with metal buttons and electrode contacts, which weakens the cold feeling of medical equipment and strengthens the technical attributes.
Brand identification enhancement: the front is uniformly printed with "HUMAI" logo and green heart-shaped symbol, which is not only a brand visual hammer, but also echoes the product function of "heart monitoring", so that users can understand the purpose of the product at a glance.
Color differentiation iteration: the scheme includes pure black, light powder two color matching, black main professional medical scene, light powder for consumer/sports scene, taking into account the aesthetic needs of different users.
2. Design Details
Interactive key: metal key with ECG logo is set in the center of the front, which is not only a power/function key, but also a visual center. It is matched with LED indicator lights (blue/green/red three colors) on the side to directly feed back the equipment status (charging, working and abnormal).
Electrode contact: 4-point metal electrode contact is adopted on the back, which is evenly distributed to ensure stable contact with the conductive fabric of the ECG clothing and avoid signal interference. The contact adopts magnetic attraction/snap-on design, which is convenient for users to quickly disassemble and install.
Interface and form: Type-C charging interface is integrated on the side to meet the needs of portable charging; The thickness of the device is controlled at an ultra-thin level to avoid foreign body feeling when wearing. At the same time, the electrode wire connection interface is reserved to support the extended use of wired electrode sheets.
3. Ergonomic considerations
Wearing fit: the rounded contour of the device is highly matched with the curve of the human chest, which will not cause skin-pricking feeling when wearing, and it is not easy to affect electrode contact due to movable displacement.

Details highlights: the pattern adopts symmetrical design, echoing the electrode distribution of the equipment; The armband and hem are printed with small brand logo to avoid excessive design. The conductive line is presented in the form of lines, which is both beautiful and implies the working logic of ECG collection.
Scheme 2: Three-dimensional structure line wind
Design language: with deep sea army blue as the background color, the appearance of "functional wind" is created by dividing lines, splicing blocks and contrasting color lines, emphasizing the three-dimensional tailoring and sports attributes of clothing, weakening the stereotype of medical products and better adapting to daily sports scenes.
Details highlights: the line direction conforms to the human muscle line, and at the same time aligns with the distribution position of the electrode, realizing the unity of "design aesthetic function structure"; Different line schemes (cross, symmetrical, arrow) provide diversified visual choices.
Scheme 3: overall simple line wind
Design language: take black as the base, outline the outline of clothing with minimalist white/gray lines, with low-key and versatile style, taking into account daily wear and professional scenes. Lines are only used as hints of functional zoning, not abrupt or monotonous.
Highlights of details: The line distribution corresponds accurately to the position of the electrode, which not only plays a visual guiding role, but also strengthens the structural sense of the garment. The brand logo area is reserved at the left chest position, which echoes the brand vision of the hardware equipment.

The unity of the design language: hardware equipment and clothing adopt a unified science and technology minimalist style, through the "ECG symbol, brand logo, line elements" throughout all programs, so that the product from the terminal to wear form a complete visual system.
