This is the ultrasonic knife handle scheme B designed by Shanghai Suoguo for the brand of "micro (wedu)", which continues the design principle of ergonomics core, compact and convenient, and at the same time makes a differentiated upgrade in visual recognition and operation interaction. The following is disassembled from multi-dimensional depth:
1. Product Core Positioning
Full name of the product: micro degree (wedu) ultrasonic surgical scissors handle (scheme B)
Core design principles: focus on the doctor's operation experience, on the basis of ensuring minimally invasive function, through color zoning and structural optimization, strengthen the operation recognition and comfort, adapt to high-frequency, long-term surgical scenes.
2. Analysis of Design Language
1. Overall shape and color language
Core modeling: continue the classic gun-like holding form of medical products to ensure the unity of doctors' operation habits; However, streamlined waist-closing treatment is done at the tail of the handle and the holding area, which is lighter and more modern in vision than Scheme A.
Color strategy: use white light blue as the main color. White continues the clean medical properties, light blue is alternative A green, conveying a stronger sense of technology and calm, accurately matching the ultrasonic knife high-end medical equipment positioning, while forming a clear visual partition with the white body, enhance product texture.
2. Style Positioning
It belongs to the style of precision medical technology, taking into account "functionality" and "visual guidance 」:
Sense of science and technology: through the embellishment of light blue decorative parts, strengthen the technical attributes of the product;
Guidance: color zoning clear visual function area, assist doctors to quickly identify the operating site.

1. Front-end working end optimization
Upgrade of protective structure: the hollow protective structure at the root of the cutter head adopts a more hierarchical curved surface shape, with smoother lines, which not only retains the core functions of weight reduction, heat dissipation and prevention of visual field obstruction, but also improves the aesthetics and integrity of the structure;
Connection node: The connection area between the cutter head and the handle adopts a blue decorative ring snap-on structure, which is more visually eye-catching, and at the same time strengthens the connection stability, which is convenient for doctors to quickly confirm that the assembly is in place.
2. Core Control Area Details
Gear adjustment area: the MAX/MIN double gear button is retained, but the button and the handle holding area are integrated with blue decorative parts, which not only improves the visual recognition, but also increases the touch area of the button, making it easier to locate accurately when wearing gloves;
