the entrusting party of this project has set up a project team with the University of National Defense Science and Technology many years ago. After years of painstaking research, it has developed a unique composite nano material. At the same time, it has added a water curtain to purify the air and decompose and destroy harmful organic matter, bacteria and viruses in the air.

The technical origin is already in place, how to transform it into a product? How to create product power more accurately?

In the process of communicating with the client, the design team of Octavia gradually sorted out the core selling point of "zero consumables". Usually, it only needs to replace the polluted water filtered by the water curtain, which completely solves the pain point of the traditional air purifier to constantly replace the filter screen.

the design concept first needs to verify the feasibility of the function. After Octavia design uses core components for computer simulation, it quickly builds a prototype that can simulate the functions of real products. Through testing and adjusting the performance of the prototype, some specific parameter standards of the product are gradually clarified.

the construction of the prototype also provides a very convenient reference for the final appearance design. the appearance design does not adopt exaggerated design language. simplicity, atmosphere, comfort and restraint are the demands of the client. it is like a modest gentleman. even if he hides 18 martial arts, he will never show his edge.

engineering design is the most critical part of this project. Because the entire product involves photocatalytic composite nanotechnology, light quantum physical chemistry technology, semiconductor technology, aerodynamics, moisture-borne waterfall and other technologies, combined with product realization, a very complicated structure is required in the middle. It is necessary to ensure that the functional connection is perfect, but also to ensure the service life, while not increasing too much mold development costs. This is a very big challenge for Octavia's structural design team. It took 3 months to design 26 large parts and 135 small parts, and the engineer PROE file process reached more than 670. Among them, the waterproof structure of the light water curtain box has been adjusted back and forth 12 times.

after the design is completed, it goes through the verification of full scale model, mold making, model proofing and trial installation. Octavia design team participates in the whole process, closely cooperates with the client, records the data in time and adjusts until it starts to enter the mass production smoothly.

this newly designed forest-grade air oxygen bar machine won the national invention patent in 2018. after its listing, it became a "explosive model" due to its unique selling point, with orders reaching more than 200 million units in half a year. as the first choice for improving indoor air quality and environment, it has been widely purchased and applied to many government agencies and institutions in Zhejiang province.
