1. design analysis
Use scenario: intraoperative fluoroscopy in the operating room should cover different thicknesses from pediatric limbs to the abdomen of obese patients, requiring stable base, long stroke and light movement.
Core appeal:
• Zero settlement-vertical drift <1mm in 5 minutes;
• Zero winding-all cables built-in, no mopping during operation;
• Zero collision-base width ≤ 60cm, non-interference with the operating bed, hanging tower.
2. Design Language
Form: full rectangular ring track + three-dimensional folding edge, forming a "∞" continuous surface, symbolizing "infinite coverage".
Color: deep space gray + lake blue decorative strip, stain resistant and uniform with operating room gray tone.
Material: base QT500 ductile iron +2mm sheet metal folding shell, vibration absorption and noise reduction; Antibacterial powder coating on the exposed surface.
3. Design Details

The front and rear 12 folding edges of the base are at the same angle as the folding edge of the upright column, which is visually coherent, and the section modulus is enhanced at the same time, and the load capacity is 200 kg without plastic deformation.
Concealed rail:
• C- type folding edge wrapping linear slide rail on both sides of the column, dustproof grade IP5X, reduce maintenance.
cable drag chain built-in:
The hollow ring cavity of the base accommodates 1 m drag chain, the high-voltage cable and signal line are layered, the bending radius is ≥ 75mm, and the service life is 100000 times.
Magnetic access cover:
• The magnetic quick-release covers on both sides of the base can be opened with bare hands for 3 s, which is convenient to add grease or replace the slider.
Floor compensation pad:
Four corners 80 mm diameter rotatable feet, 5 mm height stepless adjustment, uneven ground single multi-angle leveling.
4. ergonomics
Push force: the base is equipped with 100kg C- arm main machine, four 100 mm medical silent wheels, the first two with electromagnetic brakes, thrust ≤ 60 N, and female technicians can push with one hand.
Operating height: the column lifts 300mm, the handle is 900-1200mm from the ground, matching 5%-95% of the doctor's elbow height.
Field of view: the thickness of the base is 180mm, the doctor's line of sight is not blocked during intraoperative fluoroscopy, and the image display can be directly viewed.
Cleaning posture: hem chamfer R10 mm, no cleaning dead angle; The surface of the shell Ra≤ 0.8 μm, and the blood stains will be cleaned upon wiping.
Safety clearance: the outer contour of the base is 600 × 700mm, and the safe distance from the guide rail of the operating bed is ≥ 80 mm to avoid foot clamping.
