1. Design Analysis
Scenario: home self-test, community clinic, ambulance transfer -12-lead ECG collection and AI primary screening are required at any time.
Core appeal:
Small and hidden: can be put into the pocket, not embarrassing in public.
One-click diagnosis: ECG + AI report + cloud push doctor in 30 seconds.

2. Design Language
Form: cobblestone flat oval card, R8mm continuous curved surface, softening the traditional "square box" ECG box.
Color: medical white main shell + matte silver middle frame; The side silk screen LOGO adopts 15% gray scale, which is low-key and not eye-catching.
Material: PC + ABS medical grade antibacterial material, fine surface bite, alcohol resistant wipe 10 000 times.
3. Design Details
Invisible LOGO: screen-printed text on the side can only be seen at a viewing angle of more than 30 degrees, meeting the requirement of "inconspicuous text placement" and echoing the front LED breathing light.
One-piece electrode: Two 304 stainless steel electrodes are flush with the shell, and the thickness is only 0.4mm to avoid "metal bumps" to scratch the skin.
Magnetic charging: hide 4-pin Pogo Pin on the back, aim at the desktop charging stand and absorb it, and measure 500 times continuously at full power for 2 h.
Status prompt: 1 mm microporous transparent LED on the front, standby ice blue, breathing green during collection, abnormal flash red.
Anti-touch: 2 mm slightly convex anti-touch ridge on both sides, one-handed grip automatically avoids the electrode area to avoid false start.
4. ergonomics
Holding: 102 × 52 × 8mm,65g; The back 3 arc surface fits the palm, the thumb naturally falls on electrode 1, the index finger falls on electrode 2, and the wrist has zero distortion.
Operating height: standing, sitting, lying posture can be, the arm naturally drooping to fit the chest wall, without the assistance of others.
Viewing angle: The OLED screen is tilted 5 degrees from the horizontal plane, and there is no need to raise the wrist to read the heart rate/report.
Cleaning: The whole machine is IP22, the electrode and the shell have no steps, and the alcohol cotton sheet is disinfected in 5 seconds.
Mobile: with 3 mm thick silicone lanyard, can hang neck, can key chain, carry no burden.
