Yijing Industrial Design is hiring multiple senior structural engineers.

The company is a professional industrial design service enterprise, deep plowing product innovation design, structure research and development, landing mass production full chain service, long-term for the electrical appliances, consumer electronics brands to provide one-stop product solutions. The team focuses on the innovative research and development of small household electrical appliances, and has won the recognition of many customers with its professional design ability and mature landing experience. Now due to business development needs, we are looking for senior small home appliance structural engineers to join the team and work together to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities-Responsible for the overall structural scheme design, 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing output of various small household electrical appliances, and independently complete the whole process development of product structure;-Follow up the whole process of mold opening, mold test and mass production of products, solve the structural problems in the process of mold making and production assembly, and ensure the smooth landing and mass production of products;-Cooperate with industrial design and customer teams to optimize the product structure scheme, taking into account the appearance effect, structural stability, production cost and production feasibility of the product;-Responsible for product component selection, material confirmation, structural reliability test and verification, optimizing product assembly process and improving product quality;-Organize and output technical documents, BOM lists and test reports related to structural design, and improve the filing of project technical data;-Follow up the structural trend of new products in the market and industry, optimize the existing product structure scheme, and cooperate with the iterative upgrade of products. Job Requirements-Education Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mold design, industrial design and other related fields;

Experience requirements: 5 years or above experience in independent development of small household appliances structure, familiar with structural design logic of various small household appliances (cooking machines, humidifiers, fans, kitchen appliances, protective appliances, etc.);-Proficient in using mainstream structural design software such as Creo, SolidWorks, UG, proficient in plastic and hardware structural design, familiar with mold structure, mold opening process and mass production standards;-Familiar with safety standards and reliability testing standards for small household appliances industry, able to independently solve various structural problems in product research and development, trial production and mass production;-Possess complete experience in the whole process of small household electrical appliances from project initiation, design, mold opening to mass production, and be able to independently control the progress and quality of project structure research and development;-Good communication skills, problem solving skills and team spirit, rigorous and responsible work, and experience in industrial design companies is preferred.
