Yijing Industrial Design is hiring two new media operations specialists.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the overall operation of the company's new media platform, including the daily content planning, editing, publishing and maintenance of WeChat public number, Little Red Riding Book, Douyin, WeChat Channels, Station B, Zhihu and other platforms, and create a professional brand image of the industrial design company;

Combined with industrial design, product research and development, small home appliance design and other industry hotspots, plan original graphics, case tweets, short video content, output high-quality brand content, enhance the company's brand exposure, industry influence and fan stickiness;

Responsible for the packaging, content refining and online promotion of the company's project cases, design results and customer cooperation cases, creating differentiated brand content, and helping business acquisition and brand transformation;

Track the operating data of each platform, regularly complete data review, traffic analysis and user profile analysis, optimize the content direction and operation strategy according to the data, and improve exposure, interaction and clue transformation;

Cooperate with the company's business promotion, exhibition and brand activities, and complete the implementation of activity copy, publicity materials and online promotion plans;

Collect industry competition new media operation trends, industry hot trends, continue to optimize the brand content system, build a stable, high-quality company new media communication matrix.

Job Requirements
Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in new media, Chinese language, advertising, marketing, media, design is preferred;

Experience requirements: 3 years or above full-time working experience in new media operation, with brand, design company, creative industry, home appliance industry new media operation experience is preferred;

With independent content planning, copy writing, hot spot capture ability, can independently complete the whole process of graphic typesetting, short video script writing, content output and account operation;

Familiar with small red book, tremolo, public number and other mainstream platform algorithms and operating rules, understand the flow logic, with content powder, drainage, clue conversion experience;

Good aesthetic, able to cooperate with design materials to complete content optimization, basic picture editing, short video editing is preferred;

Careful work, self-discipline, strong execution, good network sense, creative ability and data analysis thinking, can independently complete account operation and resumption of work.
