Job Responsibilities
Responsible for all categories of industrial design business development, customer development and maintenance, focusing on the development of small household appliances, consumer electronics, smart home and other industries customer resources, to achieve the company's established business performance goals;

Connect with customer needs, accurately interpret customer product design, structure development, mass production landing and other related demands, independently complete project communication, scheme explanation, quotation negotiation, and promote business signing cooperation;

Follow up the whole process of the project, link the company's design and structure research and development teams, coordinate the communication between customers and internal teams, synchronize the progress of the project, feedback customer needs, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

Maintain the relationship between new and old customers, do a good job in customer return visits, demand mining and in-depth cooperation development, improve customer repurchase rate and cooperation stickiness, and establish a long-term and stable customer cooperation system;

Collect industry market dynamics, competitive product information, product design trends and customer demand changes, collate and summarize market data, and provide reference for the company's business layout and product service optimization;

Be responsible for business contract negotiation, signing and payment follow-up, completing daily business data statistics, ledger arrangement and work summary report.

Job Requirements
Experience requirements: at least 5 years of industrial design, product research and development, business development in small household appliances/consumer electronics industry, customer docking related working experience, familiar with the business model of the design company, mature customer resources and successful business cases are preferred; Able to independently develop customers, negotiate projects, follow up the whole case cooperation, and have excellent market development and business negotiation ability.

Familiar with basic professional knowledge related to industrial design, product structure, mold opening and mass production, able to accurately meet customer product requirements, and independently complete the whole process of project negotiation, quotation, contract signing and payment collection;

Have good business communication, coordination and customer negotiation ability, strong sense of goal, strong sense of responsibility, excellent ability to resist pressure, team cooperation consciousness, adapt to the rhythm of market business;

Experience in design company, product development company, home appliance/consumer electronics industry is preferred.

Education Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, industrial design, mechanical related is preferred;
