1. Design Analysis
Scene: living room sofa, bedroom bedside, go out with you, continuous monitoring at night.
Users: the elderly, pregnant women, sports people; Requires "no sense of wearing, a glance to understand".
Appeal: medical accuracy + home affinity + fashion personality; can be integrated into the life scene rather than "cold equipment".
2. Design Language
Shape: cobblestone elliptical cross-section, R50mm large rounded corners, to eliminate the "finger clamp" sharp feeling.
Color: Warm Coral Orange/Matcha Green/Cream White Three Morandi Low Saturation Color Matching, Home Joker.
Material: shell PC + ABS two-color injection molding, surface baby skin feel paint (Ra ≈ 0.8 μm), touch warm.
Graphics: only retain invisible LED digital display; no extra keys, rendering "no interface" minimalist.
3. Design Details
Hidden OLED: It is the same color as the shell when it is turned off, and the 0.66 "white number is suspended after the machine is turned on, so it is not dazzling at night.
Magnetic charging: two gold-plated contacts on the back are aligned with the magnetic charging base, full for 1 h and endurance for 16 h.
Finger pad soft rubber: 40 ° Shore A TPE soft rubber pad on the inner side, with a finger clamping force of 0.3-0.6 N and no indentation for 30 min.
Fall prevention: the shell is 1.2mm higher than the border around it, and the screen will not crack when it falls 1.2 m.
Breathing light: the micro-holes at Logo are transparent, the red light flashes slowly when SpO₂<90%, and the old man recognizes abnormal at a glance.
4. ergonomics
Finger circumference adaptive: opening 15-28mm, common for adults/children; Spring sheet fatigue life 50,000 times.
One-handed operation: the whole machine is 28g, and the thumb and index finger can be pinched to start the machine, which is in line with the 65-95mm hand length crowd.
Angle of view: the display surface and the back of the finger are 15 degrees upward, lying down without turning the wrist to read.
