1. design analysis
Scenario: Laparoscopic establishment/maintenance of pneumoperitoneum in the operating room, providing a stable pressure of 4-30 mmHg, a maximum flow rate of 45 L/min, and real-time monitoring of gas temperature and pressure.
Core appeal:
Safety-overpressure, overcurrent, pipeline blockage triple alarm, a key pressure relief.
• Mute-run ≤ 40 dB near the surgical light/microscope.
Space saving-can be hung and stood, occupying <0.05 m².
2. Design Language
Form: vertical "small tower" forward 7 ° operating surface, to avoid the traditional horizontal "square brick" to occupy the platform.
Color: medical white main body deep space gray heat dissipation grid brand lake blue light belt, conveying cleanliness and professionalism.
Material: ABS PC flame retardant shell, surface antibacterial coating; top metal handle and hook, can be rotated 180 °.
3. Design Details
Quick gas path: top hidden CO₂ inlet and outlet gas double quick plug, completed in 1 second with bare hands; built-in one-way valve to prevent backflow.
No fan heat dissipation: vertical chimney air duct aluminum extrusion heat sink, no fan, zero noise, zero dust.
Tips for light strip: 2 mm micro-slit RGB light strip on the front-blue standby/green operation/red alarm, 30 m visible.
Magnetic suction filter bottle: transparent PC bottle 200 ml, magnetic spring to detect liquid level, full bottle automatic shutdown and flashing red light.
One-key pressure relief: 18 mm metal emergency stop key, bump blind touch, long press for 1 s to quickly empty the gas circuit.
4. ergonomics
Operating height: the whole machine is 260 mm high, hung on the infusion stand or standing on the table, the center of the screen is 850-1200mm away from the eye, standing without bending over.
Interactive angle: 7 forward tilt panel 2.8 "touch screen, vertical line of sight error ≤ 10, gloves can be accurately pressed.
One-handed movement: the diameter of the top handle is 28mm, the whole machine is 2.3kg, one hand can lift and hang the frame, and the moving thrust is ≤ 25 N.
Cable management: the back is hidden in the wire slot, and the air pipe and power cord go down at 90 degrees to avoid winding on the table.
Maintenance: The side plate is snap-in for 3 seconds, and the water filter bottle and desiccant can be replaced without tools.
Summary
This pneumoperitoneum machine breaks the traditional horizontal bulky impression in the form of a vertical "small tower".
