These are the two lens edging machine schemes (A and B) introduced by Seiko (sugot) brand. As the core equipment of optical processing, its design revolves around the core requirement of "optimization of lens precision processing operation experience", integrates the professional attributes and user care of optical processing scenes in the industrial form, and is a design sample of the integration of "functional rationality" and "experience sensibility" of optical equipment.
1. Design Analysis: Functional Modularity for Optical Machining Scenarios
The core scenario of the lens edging machine is the lens processing of the glasses shop/optical laboratory. The underlying logic of the two schemes is based on "processing process adaptation" as the core:
