1. design analysis (Design Strategy)
Use scenarios: primary clinics, mobile screening, POCT quick check window. The core demand is "a key out of the results, no training, easy to clean".
Target users: nurses/inspection technicians, wearing gloves and fast pace; Space is cramped and requires A4 paper-sized countertops to operate.
Design goal: to find a balance between medical rigor and consumer electronics minimalism to reduce "device fear".
2. Design Language (Design Language)
Form: The whole piece of aluminum extruded profile + anodized, forming an 11 ° inclined "bevel wedge", which is convenient to read the screen and is conducive to heat dissipation.
Surface: no exposed screws, R3 mm continuous chamfer around the shell, visually "a piece of paper folded".
Color: medical white + deep space gray double color; Only a 1 mm slit is left on the front as a status light to keep restraint.
Graphics:
"I HI COMP" is a three-stage detection status indication (Insert → High → Complete), using 60% gray-scale sans-serif font, size 5mm, to ensure 50 cm readable.
Brand and "simple beauty" with 30% gray screen printing, weakening commercial exposure, strengthen the "de-identification" minimalist.
3. Design Details (Design Details)
Panel material: 2 mm chemically strengthened glass + AF coating, anti-alcohol wipe 10 000 times without scratches.
Card opening:
25 mm wide "smile arc" opening, chamfer C0.5, finger tactile positioning;
Internal symmetrical double roller guide, test paper insertion force ≤ 2 N, one hand can be completed.
Status light: hidden RGB side-emitting LED, through the 1 mm micro-seam through, does not damage the plane integrity.

Summary
