This is a project that only designs the back cover. This face cover can only be realized by stamping and forming a small amount of CNC processing. We try to find a shape that is thin and has a significant grip. This shape point originates from the back cover of the early mobile phone, which gradually changes from the upper and lower small sides to the left and right large arc surfaces. It is this large arc surface that forms different textures fed back by light and shadow from different angles of the product, and there is also a significant improvement in the sense of grip.

Due to the changes in the size of the lithium battery after full charge and discharge, it is necessary to reserve an expansion space between the lithium battery and the inner wall of the housing. Here, 0.5mm is reserved, and the expansion coefficient = (expanded thickness-original thickness) ÷ original thickness

I quite hate projects that are too limited. One shell and one molding process have achieved such and such effects. I have resisted it, but I understand later that sometimes it may not be necessary to use too grandiose and dazzling techniques to blessing. A curve and a radian transformation can achieve the best effect, which is suitable for the most important, but it takes more time to think.
