1. Design Analysis
Scenario: high-throughput laboratory, bedside quick inspection, mobile cabin, requiring "one-touch sample loading and 30 min results".
Core requirements: precise temperature control (± 0.1 ℃), rapid temperature rise and fall (8 ℃/s), and trace samples (≤ 5 µL).
2. Design Language
Form: Runway-type rounded cuboid, R50mm continuous curved surface, breaking the traditional "square box" stiff feeling.
Color: medical white + digital black mirror, waist line embedded with ice blue light belt, showing "digital x medical" double style.
Material: 2 mm aluminum extruded shell anodized, top cover 4 mm tempered glass, high-end simplicity.
3. Design Details
Slide type hot cover: magnetic damping slide rail, one hand 1 s opening and closing, closed automatically locking 3 kg pressure.
Hidden touch control: the glass is completely black when it is turned off, and 10.1 "LED capacitive screen floating display after lighting up.
Honeycomb microplate: 96-well 0.2mm ultra-thin aluminum substrate, heating uniformity CV<1%.
Fanless heat dissipation: phase change thermal conduction sheet + side chimney air duct, zero noise, zero dust.
One-click quick inspection: NFC card reading, insert the chip to call the preset program, suitable for bedside zero training operation.
4. ergonomics
Operating height: the height of the whole machine is 200mm, the center of the sliding cover is 120 mm from the table top, and there is no lifting arm in the sitting position.
Viewing angle: the screen is 15 ° forward, and the vertical error of the line of sight in standing/sitting posture is <10 °.
One-handed movement: the side concave handle, the whole machine 5.2kg, can be carried with one hand.
Cleaning: glass top cover and aluminum shell 0.3mm sinking step, alcohol cotton wipe clean.
