1. design analysis (Design Strategy)
Scene positioning: 3A hospital pathology department, third-party inspection center, average daily 500-800 samples, need high-throughput, zero cross-contamination, rapid maintenance.
Core appeal:
• Biosafety-fully enclosed liquid path + HEPA filtration.
• Continuous operation -24 h unattended, fault self-recovery.
Friendly operation-one-click sample loading, automatic discarding of consumables, reducing technician learning costs.
2. Design Language (Design Language)
Form: upper and lower "double boxes" superposition-dark base (stable) + light shell (light), forming a 7-degree front inclined surface, which is convenient to read the screen.
Color: medical white + deep space gray + brand lake blue embellishment (only for door handle), restrained and recognizable.
Material:
Shell: 1.5mm sheet metal + powder spraying, resistant to 75% alcohol for 10,000 times.
• Sliding door: 8 mm tempered glass + anti-glare coating, enhance the sense of technology.
Graphics: All warning signs are ISO 7001 monochrome icons, size 8mm,50cm readable.
3. Design Details (Design Details)
Modular Zoning (Illustrated):
• Zone A: disposable tip/reagent drawer, visible margin window.
Area B: sample rack slide rail, magnetic grid positioning, error ± 0.1mm.
Area C: waste liquid/waste suction head box, full box automatically pops up prompt.
Electric sliding door:
Servo motor + mute timing belt, stroke 350mm, opening and closing 2 s;
3mm EPDM sealing strip is embedded in the door panel to compress the negative pressure -5 Pa in the rear compartment to prevent aerosol leakage.
Quick Disassemble Structure:
All drawers adopt slide rail + plastic hook, which can be disassembled and washed by hand for 5 s;
• Top cover plate magnetic type, no tools required for maintenance.
Hidden UI:
• 21.5 "capacitive screen is embedded in the upper inclined plane, flush with the glass surface, without clean dead angle;
• A 5 ° tilt NFC card reading area is integrated under the screen, and the wristband tag can be read as soon as it is attached.
Cost optimization:
Sheet metal bending replaces 4 sets of aluminum extrusion dies, saving 8% cost per unit;

4. Ergonomics (Ergonomics)
Working height: the whole machine is 900mm, the drawer/sample loading port is 750 mm from the ground, matching the elbow height of Asian women's P5-P95.

The loading drawer tilts at 15 degrees, and the test tube slides to the bottom automatically after being put in, thus reducing wrist turnover;
• The width of the simultaneous two-handed operation area is 420mm, avoiding shoulder abduction> 15 °.
Maintenance posture:
• The top magnetic cover can be opened with one hand 10 N;
Waste liquid barrel 3 L weighs 3.2kg, low drawer + damping slide rail, female technician can pull out with one hand.
Visual angle: the screen is 105 ° to the vertical plane, and there is no reflection at 1.5 m standing.
Environmental noise: sliding door ≤ 45 dB, the whole machine running ≤ 55 dB, in line with the quiet requirements of pathology department.
