It's not my bar. This designer has no life experience at all. The best way to peel is to let the skin fly away and leave a groove. The skin will always get stuck on the blade and cannot be used at all.
Personal opinion: When I use the scraper, I always pull back, so I think the cutter head should rotate 90 degrees.
