In recent years, as the real estate industry has entered a downward cycle, the retail pressure in the home appliance industry has intensified. Faced with the current market situation such as channel layout, marketing methods and homogenization of product selling points, in order to further realize brand growth against the trend, AI technology brand COLMO is based on the high-end reconstruction of the whole house intelligent track, and has worked hand in hand with Reid Design since 2021 to decipher a new solution in the increasingly fierce retail terminal competition: by continuously tapping the emerging channels of high net worth people's life and consumption scenarios, establishing deep links with high-end consumer groups, and using omni-channel strategy to help COLMO build brand potential, so as to achieve leapfrog growth.

In 2023, COLMO will join hands with its strategic partner Rhett to explore the commercial potential of the "Super Experience Center" (hereinafter referred to as "Super Body Store") located in the core area of the first and second tier cities. # Taking "environment" as a metaphor, life is extraordinary.
Inspired by the inspiration of the brand origin "Mont Blanc", Reid's design uses "environment" as a metaphor, uses mirrors to create interactive sympathetic light and shadow, blurs the space interface, and highlights the "ethereal" artistic conception. In the space with the main color of "Science and Technology Black", the large-scale art installation of Mont Blanc Snow Mountain comes into view, bringing strong visual impact and exploration desire for the viewer. The glass brick wall faintly reveals the interior warm home scene, strengthening the first impression of high-end, quality and art.

Reid Design and COLMO sorted out the benefit points together, from insight, summary to design and creation, and perfected the concrete presentation of the "Super Experience Center": in the field covering an area of 700-1000m ², through the clear display of household appliances, the perfect set display, the intelligent linkage performance of the cutting-edge sense, and the futuristic brand aesthetic presentation, the highest form in the strategic layout of the whole channel, accurately convey the essence of the "born and extraordinary" brand, create a terminal exhibition hall representing the "COLMO brand style", and drive the layout to the core area of the first and second tier cities.

In 2023, based on strategic insight, COLMO's first super-body store, covering an area of 700m ², officially landed in Zhengzhou Hongxing Meikailong's core business circle. Anchoring the spatial positioning of "strong sense of experience concept", Reid Design integrates Bauhaus style, geometric creation and natural elements into the store, focusing on multi-dimensional experiences such as science and technology, culture and social interaction, effectively condensing the target group of high-end smart home, making it a flow divergence center for "super individuals pursuing extreme home", and COLMO as a brand-new business card of high-end AI technology brand.

In order to fully accept users with different frequency of arrival at the store, Rhett designed to set up three dynamic lines for the museum: new user entrance, purchase user entrance and VIP activity user entrance to meet different consumption scenarios such as product selection, scheme customization and private banquet.

The image of "Mont Blanc", which symbolizes the spirit of the brand, is integrated into the main tone of the space in a large area. This is the first MOT point (Moment OfTruth a critical moment) created by COLMO for the overall space. High and low scattered electronic screen, the snow mountain local map embedded in the glass brick wall. Smooth, lustrous metallic stone installations reflect the crisp ridgelines of the screen. Between the circulation of "hidden" and "present", the charm of snow-capped mountains can be reproduced, and the flexibility of science and technology can be demonstrated in the minimalist lines of "song" and "straight.

As the first scene contact point to enter the super body store, the reception area becomes the transfer station of the internal and external space. Viewers can put their coats into the COLMO professional cloakroom care cabinet on the right side of the reception area to enjoy exclusive salon-level COLMO clothing care, thus relieving fatigue and starting an immersive whole-house intelligent experience.

The reception area creates a transition space in color matching and material selection, which brews emotions for the audience to enter the whole house intelligently.

Turing District, which is different from the mechanical display and model exhibition of traditional home appliance stores, makes the multi-experience scene naturally merge. Flexible and open intelligent system design, combined with the open and unbounded smart home scene, highlights the characteristics and advantages of high-end smart home products.

In the micro scene of "kitchen and meal integration", the COLMO whole house intelligent linkage system is perfectly integrated into it. The embedded wall touch screen is linked to the set of products and intelligent lights, freely switching between different modes such as cooking and dining, changing the home atmosphere and highlighting the charm of high-end smart home.

The operation area is equipped with movable tables to meet the needs of the elite user group for external dialogue and internal training, thus becoming a diversified and highly reusable space. Surrounded by the minimalist aesthetic atmosphere of Italian style, tasting activities such as coffee, red wine, delicious food and tea art are held from time to time, special experiences such as high luxury washing and nursing salon & exquisite clothes nursing, and designer exclusive salon for design lovers.

The coffee bar is close to the operation area, continuing the design language of Italian, minimalist and line sense, creating a sense of space depth. Looking at this area from different angles, it can be elegant and elegant. Users can enjoy coffee and drink in one world and change it for a moment.

The coffee bar is separated from the operation area by a central axis rotating glass door, which can be opened or closed according to the activity situation, creating space privacy at will.

The teahouse, abandoning complicated decorations in order to make the space transparent and open, not only silently integrates the tea tasting experience realized by COLMO water purification system, but also explains the brand and products for users, thus bringing closer the multi-functional place. Users either meditate with the ups and downs of the tea to relax for a while, or stimulate vitality in social interaction and negotiation.

In terms of atmosphere laying out, Rhett designed and refined the minimalist geometric appearance of COLMO intelligent household appliances, taking lines and planes as boundaries, constructing artistic windows with a sense of depth of field, incorporating natural green plants, and using COLMO intelligent air conditioning system to accurately control temperature and humidity, creating "four seasons landscaping" for viewers and creating indoor ecological micro-landscape.

On the tone of rational science and technology in the whole house, the children's area takes soft beige as the main color, and integrates children's soft clothes and round elements to create a relaxed and interesting parent-child world.

With the "Seiko Craft Exhibition Hall" as the concept prototype, the multi-category high-end intelligent home appliance products are displayed in an orderly manner for users to compare and screen. The blank area is set on the inner side to restore the real family pipeline installation system, clearly present the process flow and materials, and show the professionalism of COLMO in the field of after-sales service.
