This is the appearance color matching scheme (A and B) of the new breast positioning needle designed and created by Suoguo. As the core positioning tool for minimally invasive breast surgery, its design revolves around "psychological care for patients with surgical field recognition efficiency". It integrates dual considerations of surgical scene and doctor-patient experience in color matching and morphological details. It is a design sample of the integration of "functional rationality" and "emotional sensibility" of interventional medical devices.
1. Design Analysis: Color Matching Function Prioritization for Surgical Scenarios
The core scene of breast positioning needle is the localization of breast lesions before minimally invasive surgery, and the underlying logic of color matching design is based on "surgical field identification and psychological comfort" as the core:
Functional adaptation of surgical field requirements: positioning needles need to quickly distinguish models (adapt to different lesion sizes) during surgery, so the color matching scheme adopts "high recognition degree and low saturation color system"-class a is mainly "blue, green and pink", and class B adds "orange" color, which not only avoids visual interference of high saturation color on surgical field, but also enables doctors and nurses to quickly identify needle types through color and improve surgical efficiency.
Emotional adaptation to patients' psychology: breast surgery patients are often accompanied by anxiety. Low-saturation soft colors (such as light powder and light blue) weaken the "cold feeling" of medical devices, convey the emotional attributes of "gentleness and care", alleviate patients' resistance to surgical tools, and adapt to the humanistic care needs of breast diagnosis and treatment.

Functional adaptation of form: the main body adopts "slim and streamlined", which not only meets the needs of fine operation of minimally invasive breast, but also strengthens the perception of "minimally invasive and low damage" through light form. The detailed design of color matching and form revolves around "surgical accuracy and safety of use:
Functional anchor points for color matching details: in class a scheme, the yellow key is compared with the color of the needle body, while in class B scheme, the pink key is matched with the color of the needle body. both designs strengthen the visual identification of the "key operation area", allowing medical care to quickly locate the operation parts in the surgical field and realize accurate triggering. The "EMT" logo on the needle body adopts the same color system light printing process, which not only transmits the product attributes, avoid visual interference.
Operation adaptation of morphological details: the holding area of the needle body adopts "micro-arc anti-skid texture" (inferred from the shape) to meet the requirement of "holding with sterile gloves", and the holding stability can be maintained even if there is disinfectant residue in the hand. The joint between the needle body and the needle tip has a "smooth transition", which not only ensures the structural strength of the instrument, but also reduces the tissue resistance during intervention and improves the positioning accuracy.
