GoPro protective case is customized exclusively, while customers want universal Bluetooth headsets of different sizes. Universal means that the space category takes the maximum or larger value. In this case, the smaller earphone will collide internally, which runs counter to the purpose of protecting the earphone from bumping, so a device is needed to avoid bumping and fixing. After conceiving some adjustable mechanical structures, they are discarded one by one, the volume will become larger, and the transparent shell is not beautiful enough.
In the end, the silicone interlayer solved all this, and at the same time played a sealing and waterproof effect, and added a DIY part.
