Project introduction:
The design of the sludge transfer silo project mainly solves the problem that after the transport vehicle enters the silo, it can smoothly enter and exit and accurately complete the loading and cleaning work. Designed with driving track, anti-collision measures, broadcast voice prompts, lighting prompts, monitoring camera. The vehicle loading box is designed with seamless blanking and loading ports to reduce sludge scattering. The wall of the silo is designed with an air filtration and purification system and an electric disinfection and spraying device. The staff can remotely control, view and operate the corresponding functions through app in the monitoring room, thus solving the serious problem of sludge odor in the silo and removing bacteria and odor. Automatic car washing and floor washing devices are designed in the warehouse, so that the cleaned vehicles can be used on the road to avoid sludge falling to the ground. The appearance planning of silo and vehicle conforms to the brand image characteristics of Shenzhen "deep water ecology.
Design concept:
The project takes "modularization and standardization" as the design principle, uses steel structure and aluminum plate to design and manufacture walls, materials with the same function or purpose, and the structural design size is consistent. The purpose is to mass production, facilitate on-site construction and build, and to a great extent ensure that the project results can be widely applied nationwide.
