Design of Medical Portable Nucleic Acid Detector
Cooperation content: design analysis | appearance design | structural design | prototype production | running assistance,
This is the four ultrasonic handle schemes (A, B, B extension and C) designed and built by Suoguo. As the core operation end of ultrasonic diagnosis, its design revolves around "operation requirements of different clinical scenes" and realizes differentiated adaptation of function and experience in form, interaction and details. It is a typical sample of "scene segmentation" design of medical human-computer interaction equipment.
1. Design Analysis: Functional Segmentation Adaptation for Clinical Scenarios
The core scenario of the ultrasonic handle covers "bedside emergency, outpatient fine diagnosis, mobile visit", etc., and the underlying logic of the four scenarios is "scene function priority" as the core:
Scenario differentiation of functional modules:
Scheme A (upright strip): it is suitable for the scene of "mobile patrol". The upright base is convenient for the table top of the clinic to be stored, and the strip shape is suitable for quick pick-and-place with one hand;
Scheme B and extended version (round cylindrical): suitable for "outpatient fine diagnosis", round grip area fits hand curve, suitable for long-term operation;
Scheme C (folding type): suitable for "bedside emergency", the folding form is more compact, easy to carry the first aid kit, while retaining the complete interactive function.
The scene of the material is expressed in a unified way: "medical grade white plastic functional panel" is adopted, the white color transmits the clinical clean attribute, and the functional panel strengthens the identification of the interactive area, which not only meets the health needs of ultrasonic diagnosis, but also ensures the accuracy of operation.
2. Design Language: Scene-Oriented Differentiated Aesthetics
The design language of the four schemes is "scene demand-oriented" to achieve differentiated visual expression:
Scheme A: Rational Tool Aesthetics: Upright strip grille texture, which conveys the sense of rationality and sensibility of "efficient tool" and adapts to the "fast operation and convenient storage" requirements of mobile patrol;
Scheme B and extended version: soft man-machine aesthetics: round and cylindrical minimalist keys, weakening the cold feeling of tools, transmitting the attribute of "gentle cooperation", and adapting to the experience requirements of long-term holding in outpatient service;
Scheme C: Compact portable aesthetics: folding form embedded screen, strengthen the "portable and efficient" attribute, adapt to the emergency scene "space limited, fast response" needs.
This differentiated language makes the handle highly compatible with the atmosphere of different clinical scenarios, and enhances the sense of adaptation of medical care.
3. Design Details: Scenario Support for Operating Experience
The detailed design revolves around "operating pain points in different scenarios:
Interaction area details:
Scheme A adopts "vertical screen physical keys", the screen angle is adapted to the table view, and the key layout is compact and adapted to fast operation;
The extended version of Scheme B moves the button to the side to avoid touching by mistake when holding it, and adapts to the needs of fine adjustment parameters in outpatient service;
Scheme C adopts "folding screen side keys", and the screen is hidden after folding, which not only protects the display area but also reduces the volume, and meets the safety requirements of emergency carrying.
Grip area details:
The grille texture of scheme A enhances the friction when wearing gloves and adapts to the holding stability of the moving scene;
The rounded arc surface of scheme B fits the finger curve to reduce the hand fatigue of long-term holding;
The folding part of scheme C is designed with "anti-skid damping", which maintains a stable angle after unfolding and is suitable for rapid deployment operation in emergency department.
4. Ergonomics: Scenario-based Adaptation of Operational Posture
The ergonomic design of the four schemes is optimized for the "holding posture of different scenes:
Scheme A: The upright shape is adapted to the posture of "table top operation → one-hand grip", the length of the handle is in line with the natural grip range of the palm, and is adapted to the rapid switching requirements of mobile patrol;
Scheme B and the extended version: the rounded cylindrical holding area is suitable for "fine operation in sitting posture", the diameter of the handle fits the arc of the palm, and the key position is located in the natural activity area of the thumb, thus reducing wrist deviation during operation;
Scheme C: The folding form is adapted to the "standing first aid operation". After unfolding, the holding area and the screen angle are adapted to the standing head-up viewing angle, so as to avoid wasting time in bending down operation in emergency.
Conclusion: Scene Subdivision Design Sample of Ultrasonic Handle
These four ultrasonic handle schemes are symbiotic samples of the "scene segmentation" design of medical human-computer interaction equipment. It is guided by clinical scenes and realizes the differentiated adaptation of functional modules. Taking scene aesthetics as the texture, the handle is highly compatible with the clinical atmosphere. Taking detail optimization as the nerve to support the operation pain points of different scenes; Taking machine engineering as the blood vessel, it adapts diversified holding postures.
At a time when ultrasound diagnostic scenarios are increasingly subdivided, this design not only improves the scene adaptability of the handle, but also redefines the value of the "medical operating end"-it is no longer a universal tool, but a "customized collaboration partner" for different clinical scenarios ". This concept of "driving design differentiation by scene segmentation" also points out the direction for medical equipment design: only by deeply dismantling the real needs of clinical scenes can we create medical products that really help different diagnosis and treatment links.
