Design Analysis
• Functional localization: High-throughput single-cell optical/electrical detection, supporting brightfield, fluorescence, impedance multimodal analysis.
• Scenario: central laboratory, clinical laboratory, scientific research institutions; 24 h continuous operation, easy to clean, low noise.
Strategy: Modular "three-in-one" structure-sampling-detection-waste liquid separation, reduce cross-contamination, shorten maintenance time.
Design Language
Precision technology: pure white + fog silver main color, supplemented by brand blue light belt, to create a "clean laboratory" atmosphere.
Horizontal suspension: the upper instrument box "floats" on the base to reduce visual weight; the blue light at the bottom strengthens the layer.
• zero exposed screws: buckle + magnetic shell, seamless appearance, easy to wipe disinfection.
Design Details
Front slide drawer: consumables box (reagent, chip) quick disassembly <5 s, magnetic positioning, anti-misinstallation.
8-degree inward touch screen: 12-inch capacitive screen, which can be touched with gloves; The edge of the liquid-proof tank is splashed and impermeable.
Breathing light belt: slender light guide bar at the top, running gradient blue, complete green, alarm red, long-distance visible.
Mute fan hole: lateral honeycomb microhole, 45 degree wind guide noise reduction ≤ 45 dB, can be placed in office area at night.
Waste liquid box: front translucent drawer, full of liquid red mark floating, remind replacement.
Ergonomics
• Operating height: the center of the screen is 1050 mm from the ground, and the standing/sitting posture is comfortable. The drawer is 750 mm from the ground, so you can avoid bending over.
One-handed process: the sample rack is placed to the right, the left screen and right drawer form a "z" moving line, and the average number of operation steps is reduced by 30%.
Maintenance-friendly: the top cover plate is quickly removed and magnetically attracted, and the internal module slide rail can be replaced after being pulled out <10cm, which can be completed by a single person in 5 minutes.
• Mobile/fixed: Front universal + rear directional casters, center foot brake; side concave handle, two people can easily carry.
