These are three new bone needle schemes (A-C) designed and created by Suoguo. As the core tool of orthopedic interventional surgery, its design revolves around "optimization of doctor-patient experience in orthopedic precise operation". It integrates deep adaptation to orthopedic surgery scenes in form, size and details. It is a design sample of "functional rationality" and "emotional sensibility" of orthopedic medical devices.
1. Design Analysis: Functional and Dimensional Adaptation of Orthopedic Scenarios
The core scenario of bone needles is bone positioning/fixation for minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, and the underlying logic of the design is centered on "surgical site and operational requirements:
Functional module and size adaptation: the three schemes are divided into two modules: "holding control area (handle body) and needle body area (metal rod)". the size difference accurately matches different orthopedic scenarios-scheme a (90mm total length) adapts to deep bone operation, and schemes B and c (80mm total length) adapt to shallow bone positioning; the difference in handle diameter (A is 24mm, B/C is 22mm) is suitable for the holding requirements of different hand-type medical care, covering the diversified operation scenarios of orthopedic surgery.
Scene expression of materials: the combination of "medical grade plastic handle metal needle body" is adopted, the plastic handle takes into account both light weight and holding stability, and the metal needle body ensures the structural strength of orthopedic operation; The color distinction (blue, green and powder) of the handle not only corresponds to different models, but also weakens the "cold feeling" of orthopedic instruments and adapts to the psychological care needs of patients.
