In 2020, Rhett Design and Space created a 1000m ² new retail experience center for home decoration for Tmall's six-star service provider, Bicheng Digital, which broke the traditional retail mode of electrical appliances, integrated online and offline consumption "fields" and promoted consumers with different needs to complete value exchange.

The space design team gradually upgraded the concept of "field" to a series of contact points for users to establish contact with brands through the order of "touch field, interaction field, transformation field and service field", thus opening up the whole consumption link for target users.

Based on the in-depth insight into the target population, the space design team determined the concepts of "orange star" and "orange planet" in the experience center, fully considering the terminal strategy of brand online and offline integration and the diversified and personalized home decoration needs of users, and created a double shopping entrance and scene of "life on the left and right.
