1. Design Analysis
Use scenario: high-frequency incision/separation in the operating room, taking into account "extreme sharpness, precise control and fatigue reduction".

2. Design Language
Form: sports car ENGINE line-tail air inlet, guide groove extends to the back of the blade, giving "speed-strength" image.
Color: surgical grade matt silver + deep space gray anode ring, eliminate reflective vertigo.
Material:
Handle 6061-T6 aviation aluminum + hard anode, resistant to 134 ℃ high temperature disinfection;
• Blade 420 modified martensitic stainless steel, vacuum plasma coated, Ra ≤ 0.08 μm.
3. Design Details
Hidden LOGO: tail laser micro-engraving "ENGINE", only 15 side light visible, to meet the "text placement inconspicuous" requirements.
Triangular flow guide groove: 0.3mm microgroove on both sides of blade back, reducing tissue adhesion by 35%, and clearer vision.
Magnetic knife magazine: N52 magnetic ring is embedded in the tail of the handle, which can absorb the metal plate and temporarily put the knife without slipping.
One-button retreating: 8 mm stroke of side push button, blade can be removed with one hand to avoid secondary acupuncture.
Silicone anti-slip ring: 30 TPU is injected with two-color in the pinch area, and the friction coefficient of wet hands is increased by 40%.

Grip: the elliptical section of the handle body is 10 × 7mm, the spiral curved surface is attached to the finger belly, and the torque is reduced by 18%.
Center of gravity: blade-handle weight ratio 1:2.3, center of gravity falls on index finger fulcrum, more stable control.
Operating height: handle length 135mm, suitable for 5%-95% hand length; No shoulder lifting is required for standing or sitting.
