1. Design Analysis
Scenario of use: hospital pathology department, third-party inspection center, tissue sections/cell smears for HE, Pap, special staining.
Core requirements: high throughput (≥ 400 tablets/batch), zero cross contamination, and reagent replacement within 5 min.
User pain points: the traditional "square box" is large in size, difficult to disassemble, clean dead corners.
2. Design Language
Form: Break the "square plate"-rounded racetrack-shaped section + suspended upper cover to create "delicate and flexible" affinity.
Color: glacier white main shell + lake blue waist line, transmitting cleanliness and technology; The waist line is also an indicator belt.
Material: shell 1.2mm sheet metal + antibacterial powder coating, resistant to DAB developer corrosion; 4 mm toughened glass on the cover, easy to clean.
3. Design Details
Integration module:
Rotary dyeing turntable (12 stations) and reagent bottle warehouse are integrated into a single drawer, which can be pulled out and replaced in 30 seconds.
Magnetic positioning at the bottom of the drawer, 0.2mm repeat accuracy, tool-free reset.
Quick disassembly without screws: All side panels are buckles and hidden hinges, which can be removed with bare hands for 10 seconds, which is convenient for deep cleaning.
Anti-drip "umbrella eaves": the outer edge of the turntable is inclined 5 ° inward + annular silica gel groove, and the reagent splashes back to protect the shell.
Atmosphere lamp belt: 2700-6500 K adjustable LED is embedded in the lake blue waist line to indicate "operation/standby/alarm".
Mute design: direct drive step + planetary gear, the whole machine ≤ 45 dB, can work beside the open test bench.
4. ergonomics
Operating height: the whole machine is 420 mm high, the center of the dyeing drawer is 300 mm from the table top, and the arm of the female technician can be operated naturally.
